Call with the list of vehicles, what is damaged and whether any of them are still being driven. Have your approver’s name ready — the person who can authorize additional work without calling a meeting.
Bringing a vehicle in
Speak to the shop before you book a tow or a transporter so arrival can be coordinated, and give your driver the Talbert Avenue address. If several vehicles are involved, ask on that call how the shop would like them presented.
