Website privacy

When you send a repair inquiry, we collect your name, phone number or email address, vehicle details, message and any company name you provide. The inquiry also includes the website and page it came from, and campaign labels when present in the link you followed. This helps identify the repair request and its source.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are stored through our website hosting provider and managed by Apex EP Solutions Group for Beach Collision LLC, the operator of Beach Collision and Orange Coast Auto Body / RV. The designated inquiry contact for both shops is info@beachcollision.com. Information is used to respond to the request and coordinate the repair inquiry. Do not include payment card details, government identification or other sensitive documents in the form.

Website security and call tracking

The hosting provider processes network request information to deliver and secure the website. The form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Campaign labels may be held in session storage while you browse; your form answers are not stored in browser storage.

Website phone numbers use Twilio to forward calls to the shop and measure call activity, including call time, duration and connection status. Call recording is disabled. A connected call alone does not establish that a repair was booked.

External links and questions

Directions links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy practices. No advertising pixels or embedded analytics are installed on this website. For questions about a submitted inquiry, or to request correction or deletion, contact info@beachcollision.com.
