Can we arrange repairs for more than one vehicle?

One person who can authorize additional work without calling a meeting, reachable while the vehicle is in the shop. A written authority limit — anything under an agreed figure, proceed — keeps small findings from stopping the job.
How do we plan a budget across several vehicles?
Photographs help rank which vehicle to bring in first, but a budget built on photographs will move. Get a written estimate per vehicle, then decide the order by what each vehicle costs you standing still rather than by how bad the damage looks.
Why can a repair estimate change?
A bumper cover hides brackets, mounts and absorbers, and a dented door can be damaged at its edge or in its hardware. When trim comes off, work that was invisible at the first inspection becomes visible. Agree in advance how that variance is reported and who signs it off.
What affects repair timing?

Check whether they match each other now: factory whites shift between production runs and weather at different rates, so vehicles bought across several model years often already differ. Say at the estimate whether appearance across the fleet matters more than a single flawless panel.
